เป็นซอฟต์แวร์ที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นสำหรับใช้สร้างฟอแมตและลงลายมือชื่อบนใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของกรมสรรพากร โดยซอฟต์แวร์สามารถ
1. สร้าง File XML ตามรูปแบบที่สรรพากรกำหนดจากข้อมูลใบกำกับภาษีและลงลายมือชื่อดิจิทัล บนไฟล์ XML เพื่อนำส่งกรมสรรพากร ในทุกรอบเดือน
2. สร้างลายมือชื่อดิจิทัลบนใบกำกับภาษีที่อยู่ในรูปแบบของไฟล์ PDF สำหรับนำส่งผู้ซื้อ
SignTax is an application designed and developed for supporting comprehensive e-Tax requirements including
Create XML file (RD format) from the sale tax data which is generally derived from the accounting system. Also, generate digital signature onto XML file that will be sent to the revenue department.
Generate digital signatures and apply it onto the e-tax invoice file (e.g.PDF file) to be sent to the customers.
SignTax เป็นระบบที่ใช้งานได้จริง ถูกต้อง เชื่อถือ และเป็นที่ยอมรับแน่นอน ตามมาตรฐานของกรมสรรพากร อีกทั้ง ระบบถูกพัฒนาจากทีมงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านบัญชีและ IT ซึ่งทีมงานสามารถให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนทั้งระบบการออกใบกำกับภาษี และระบบ IT รวมถึงปรับแต่งตามความต้องการไม่ต้องพึ่งพิงต่างประเทศ
